Owner & operator of your neighborhood bagel shop. I’ve spent the last five years in roles such as barista, cashier, waitress, and manager. I instantly fell in love with a good cafe experience and the comfort that comes from that kind of atmosphere.

Starting during COVID quarantine, while working on my undergrad degree, I discovered my passion for bagels. After many messes in my mother’s kitchen (thank you mom!) I came out with a variety of bagel flavors that I had perfected.

I spent the following years working on my barista skills at Flexit Cafe: crafting latte art, making fun drink combinations, perfecting my cold foam, and a variety of knowledge about other drink options. All this to make sure I have a drink and bagel combination for everyone’s taste. Working under Paul at Flexit Cafe has been my favorite work experience. He’s a very valuable mentor and quickly became a super important person in my life. The transition has gone super smoothly, mostly thanks to Paul!
